The Solution
We led a full overhaul of the brand’s commercial architecture, including rebranding, creating a new marketing strategy, and designing new digital products to support growth.
Brand identity, packaging, and market positioning across healthcare and consumer sectors were all re-thought. Sales materials and campaign assets were re-designed to directly support revenue growth. We effectively leveraged digital products to strengthen authority and improve commercial performance.

The Outcome
Revenue grew 4x in the 12-months following the rebrand.
This was driven by clearer commercial positioning, stronger authority, marketing aligned directly with revenue, and structured product communication.
